Simmer the stew for about 10 minutes or until it thickens. d. Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil. Drop small portions of the cassava dough into the boiling water. Cook until they float to the surface, then remove and place on a plate. e. Serve the fufu alongside the groundnut stew, fried plantains, and additional tomatoes.
