Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Line a 9 inch pie dish with the gluten free pie crust and prick the bottom with a fork. Bake for 12 minutes, or until lightly golden. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté sliced leeks until softened and fragrant, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
