Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat (beef or lamb)
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped Golden Squash Purée:
- 3 medium golden squashes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup milk or cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste Cauliflower Rice:
- 1 large cauliflower head, riced
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a pan, sauté onions and garlic in oil until softened. Add curry powder and turmeric, cook for 1 minute.

Add ground meat, raisins, almond flour, eggs, salt, and pepper. Cook until the meat is browned and cooked through.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes. Golden Squash Purée:
