Instructions

  1. Prepare the gluten free dumpling wrappers and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the gluten free chicken broth, shrimp, gluten free soy sauce, gluten free oyster sauce, gluten free rice wine vinegar, and gluten free sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the gluten free pork sausage, Napa cabbage, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, and green onions. Add in the cooled shrimp mixture, and mix well.
  4. Place a heaping spoonful of the filling onto each dumpling wrapper, brush the edges with gluten free water, fold in half and seal tightly, forming a crescent shape. Repeat until all dumplings are prepared.
  5. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Gently drop the prepared dumplings into the boiling water and cook for 6 minutes or until they float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon and place onto a serving platter.
