free mayonnaise 10. 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 11. 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 12. Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 4 minutes drain and refresh under cold running water.
Slice hardboiled eggs into wedges.
Assemble crepes by spreading a thin layer of mayonnaise mixed with Dijon mustard and lemon juice on each, then adding spinach leaves, green beans, cherry tomatoes, tuna, olives, capers, and sliced egg.
