  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef sirloin 2 cups cooked white rice 2 large eggs 1 medium cucumber, julienned 1 medium carrot, julienned 1 cup bean sprouts, trimmed 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped 1 small zucchini, sliced into ribbons
