Ingredients
1 lb thinly sliced beef sirloin 2 cups cooked white rice 2 large eggs 1 medium cucumber, julienned 1 medium carrot, julienned 1 cup bean sprouts, trimmed 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped 1 small zucchini, sliced into ribbons

Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the beef in the Bulgogi marinade (soy sauce, sugar, garlic, onion, sesame oil, black pepper, and ground ginger) for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight. Step 2: Heat a large non stick pan over medium high heat, add the beef in batches, cooking until browned and cooked through. Set aside. Step 3: In the same pan, cook the vegetables with a little sesame oil until just tender. Divide the rice evenly among 6 bowls, top each with cooked beef, vegetables, and fried egg.
