  • 4 oz. crumbled Greek feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the almonds and honey together until evenly coated. Spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 8 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  3. To prepare the affogato, pour hot espresso over a scoop of vanilla ice cream in each glass. Top with a generous spoonful of honeyed almonds and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve immediately.
