  • 6 large bell peppers (assorted colors)
  • 1 lb feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  2. Cut the tops off of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

  4. Stuff each bell pepper with the feta mixture, filling them to the top.
  5. Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake for 20 25 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
