  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped and toasted
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped and toasted
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes, toasted

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined. Layer the yogurt mixture in serving glasses, alternating with layers of mixed berries. Sprinkle each layer with chopped almonds, walnuts, and toasted coconut flakes. Repeat until the glasses are full, finishing with a layer of nuts and coconut on top. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
