  • 12 sheets of phyllo dough 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves Zest of one lemon 1/2 cup Greek honey 1/4 cup chopped pistachios Fresh berries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin or use phyllo cups as an alternative.
  2. Unfold the phyllo dough and cover with a slightly damp cloth to prevent drying out. Take one sheet of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter.
