Ingredients
2 cups spinach 1 cup cucumber, chopped 1 medium ripe pear 1 medium green apple 1/2 small lemon, peeled and seeded 1 cup watermelon chunks 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (non dairy) 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
Instructions
Add the spinach, cucumber, pear, green apple, lemon, watermelon chunks, and non dairy Greek yogurt to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or agave syrup if desired. Pour into glasses and garnish with chia seeds on top.
