Ingredients
1 cup spinach leaves 1 cup kale leaves, stems removed 1/2 cup fresh parsley 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped 1 lemon, peeled and seeded 1 green apple, cored and chopped 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Instructions
Wash the spinach, kale, parsley, and apple thoroughly. Add the spinach, kale, parsley, cucumber, lemon, and green apple to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. If using protein powder, add it in at this stage and blend again. Pour the Greek Juice into two glasses and enjoy!
