Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (Greek yogurt for a vegan alternative)
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 1/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp chopped almonds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- Topping: Fresh mixed berries and a sprig of mint
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the almond milk, protein powder, banana, mixed berries, chia seeds, honey or agave syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with Greek yogurt, chopped almonds, and pumpkin seeds.
- Garnish with fresh mixed berries and a sprig of mint.
