  5. In a separate pan, melt cream cheese until smooth. Stir in cooked poblano peppers and onions, then fold in sliced steak.
  6. To assemble sliders, split slider buns and layer with the cheesy poblano mixture. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Return to grill or grill pan, and cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
