  • 4 large ears of corn, husked and cleaned 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper Juice of 1 lime Salt, to taste 1/4 cup crumbled cotija cheese 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
