  • 4 ears fresh corn, husked and cleaned
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 limes, zested and juiced
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat (350°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create the fusion sauce. Set aside.
  3. Brush each ear of corn with melted butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Grill the corn for 10 12 minutes, turning every 2 3 minutes, until slightly charred and tender.
  5. Remove corn from grill and immediately brush with half of the fusion sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and cilantro. Drizzle with lime juice and zest.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy the sizzling, smoky aroma that fills the air.
