Instructions
- Begin by melting the 70% dark chocolate in a double boiler over low heat.
- In a separate bowl, blend coconut cream and ripe avocado together until smooth.
- Once the chocolate is melted, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Add the vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, chili powder, and unsweetened cocoa powder to the chocolate. Mix well.
- Slowly incorporate the avocado coconut cream mixture into the chocolate, blending thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
- Divide the mousse evenly into two elegant dessert bowls, garnishing with a dash of cocoa powder and a pinch of sea salt.
