Ingredients
- 2 cups ripe mango chunks
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 tsp saffron strands

- Ice cubes, as needed
Instructions
- In a blender, add mango chunks, yogurt, milk, sugar, cardamom powder, saffron strands, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary. Add ice cubes and blend again to achieve the desired consistency.
- Pour the mixture into two chilled cups or glasses.
- Decorate with a light dusting of saffron powder, a pinch of crushed cardamom seeds, and fresh mango slices.
