Ingredients

  • 200g paneer, cut into cubes 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 green chili, chopped 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 1/4 cup mint leaves, chopped 2 tbsp ginger
  • garlic paste 2 tbsp lemon juice 1/4 cup yogurt 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp ground cumin Salt, to taste Vegetable oil, for brushing 6 skewers

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the paneer cubes, onion, green chili, cilantro, mint leaves, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, yogurt, red chili powder, paprika, ground cumin, and salt. Mix well to coat the paneer evenly. Step 2: Marinate the paneer for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Step 3: Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). Step 4: Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers, leaving some space between each piece. Step 5: Brush the skewers with vegetable oil and place them on the preheated grill or oven rack. Grill or bake for 10 12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and cooked through. Step 6: Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before serving.
