1 loaf day
old crusty bread, cubed (about 8 cups)
4 large onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups Irish stout beer
3 cups whole milk
6 large eggs
1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
