  • 2 cups coconut water 1 cup pineapple, freshly juiced 1 cup mango, freshly juiced 1/2 cup lime juice 1/4 cup mint leaves, crushed 1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the coconut water, pineapple and mango juices, lime juice, and crushed mint leaves. Stir well to mix all flavors.
  2. Allow the mixture to steep for 5 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
  3. Strain the infused liquid into a new pitcher, discarding the solids.
  4. In the strained liquid, add the soaked chia seeds and gently stir.
  5. Fill four tall glasses with ice cubes and divide the mocktail evenly among them. Garnish each glass with a mint leaf for an added touch of elegance.
