2 cups pineapple juice, freshly squeezed 1 cup mango puree, homemade or store bought 1/2 cup coconut milk 1/4 cup orange liqueur (optional) 1 cup ginger ale, chilled Ice cubes, as needed Fresh mint leaves, for garnish Pineapple and orange slices, for garnish
Instructions
In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice and mango puree. Stir until well mixed.
Add in the coconut milk and stir gently to combine. If using, add the orange liqueur and mix well.
Gently pour in the ginger ale and give it a final stir.
Fill 6 glasses with ice cubes, and carefully pour the mocktail over the ice.
Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint leaves and pineapple and orange slices.
