Instructions

  3. Stir in paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using), allowing the spices to toast for about a minute.
  4. Carefully crack the eggs into the skillet, ensuring they are evenly distributed. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 7 minutes or until the whites are set and the yolks reach your desired doneness.
  5. Gently stir in the fresh parsley and remove from heat. Whole Grain Pita Bread:
  6. In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually add the warm water and olive oil, mixing until a soft dough forms.
