  • 1 lb salmon fillet 1/4 cup white miso paste 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp mirin 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp grated ginger 2 cups sushi rice, cooked 2 avocados, sliced 4 sheets nori, cut into thin strips 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted 1 tbsp black sesame seeds 2 green onions, finely chopped 1 tsp furikake seasoning (optional)

Instructions
