Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 small green apple
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Instructions
- Wash all produce thoroughly.
- Remove the seeds from the cucumber and lime.
- Chop the cucumber, green apple, and lime into quarters.
- Add the cucumber, green apple, lime, ginger, baby spinach, cilantro, mint, and parsley to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour the juice into a glass or serving container.
