Instructions

  3. Gradually add the remaining almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the whipped cream mixture. Fold in the matcha mixture until well combined.
  4. Gently pour 1 shot of Japanese whiskey into each cocktail glass. Top with the matcha mousse mixture, filling each glass about halfway.
  5. Repeat steps 2 4 for the second serving.
