Ingredients
- 2 cups raw cashews 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted 1 tbsp ground coriander 1 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp ground turmeric 1/4 tsp ground cardamom 1/4 tsp ground ginger 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon 1/8 tsp ground cloves 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg Salt, to taste Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cashews, melted coconut oil, and spices until well coated. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Spread the seasoned cashews evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 12 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant. Stir occasionally to ensure even roasting.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
