  • 4 pre
  • made almond flour pie crusts
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. a. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). b. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant and translucent. c. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned and cooked through. d. Stir in sliced mushrooms, almond flour, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3 4 minutes, allowing flavors to meld. e. Slowly pour beef broth into the skillet, stirring constantly until well combined. Let simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly. f. In a separate pan, cook cauliflower rice with butter until tender and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. g. Fill pre made almond flour pie crusts with the prepared meat mixture and top with cooked cauliflower rice. h. Brush the edges of each pie crust with beaten egg and bake for 25 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. i. Allow pies to cool slightly before serving.
