  • 12 large bell peppers, assorted colors
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1/4 cup cajun seasoning

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
