Keto Cajun-Spiced Chocolate Mousse with Spicy Pecan Brittle

Prepare the spicy pecan brittle: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine pecans, sugar free maple syrup, and spices. Cook until pecans are coated and syrup has thickened, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
Prepare the chocolate mousse: In a double boiler or microwave, melt the sugar free dark chocolate with butter. Stir until smooth. Set aside to slightly cool.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the cooled chocolate mixture gently.
