Ingredients

  • 20 Shrimps, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Ground almond flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
  • 2 cups Cauliflower rice
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp dumplings by mixing together the ground almond flour, egg, cilantro, green onions, and ginger in a bowl until well combined. Add the shrimps to the mixture and stir gently. Spoon 1 tbsp of the shrimp mixture into each wonton wrapper and pinch the edges together to form dumplings. Place the dumplings on a steaming tray, steam for 8 minutes, and set aside. For the egg fried cauliflower rice, heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cauliflower rice and cook until tender. In another pan, whisk eggs together and pour over the cooked cauliflower rice, stirring gently to combine. Cook for 2 3 minutes until set. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
