Instructions
- Preheat your steamer, or use a large pot with a steaming basket and lid.
- Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped ginger, and sliced scallions.
- When the steamer is hot, add the fish fillets and steam for 8 10 minutes or until cooked through.
- Once cooked, transfer the fish to a serving plate.
- Sprinkle the seasoned ginger and scallion mixture over the steamed fish.
- Optional: Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
