  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium high heat. Grill the marinated lamb chops until desired doneness is reached, approximately 2 4 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Set aside and keep warm.
  4. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add prawns and cook until pink and opaque, about 3 4 minutes per side. Toss with reserved lemon herb marinade and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. To serve, plate lamb chops alongside garlic butter prawns, garnishing with fresh parsley.
