1/2 cup granulated sweetener (erythritol or xylitol)
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice
A pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9 inch square baking pan with butter. In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and salt. In another small bowl, combine the sweetener, water, lemon juice, and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until fully incorporated. The consistency should be similar to a dough. Using your hands or a spoon, press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan, creating 16 small squares. Bake for 20 25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the edges. Allow to cool completely before cutting into individual bites.
