  • 1 lb large sea scallops

Instructions

Place lamb chops in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Evenly coat each chop with the herb cheese mixture, pressing gently to adhere. c. Bake the lamb chops for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside. In a large non stick skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium high heat. Sear scallops until golden brown on both sides, about 2 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper to taste. d. To serve, place 4 lamb chops on each plate, followed by 4 seared scallops. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and garnish with lemon wedges.
