  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp Zatar spice mix
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • For the Garlic Herb Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the chicken wings at the joint into drummettes and wingettes. Pat dry and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley, 1 clove minced garlic, Zatar spice mix, and ground cumin.
  4. Stuff each chicken wing piece with the cream cheese mixture, pressing gently to enclose.
  5. Arrange wings on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece for even cooking.
  6. Bake wings in preheated oven for 30 35 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
  7. While wings are baking, prepare the Garlic Herb Sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sour cream, 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley, 1 clove minced garlic, salt and black pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  8. Serve stuffed chicken wings with a dollop of Garlic Herb Sauce on the side.
