Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, kalamata olives, baby spinach, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Gently toss to evenly coat the ingredients with the dressing.
- Arrange sliced avocado on top of the salad.
