Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked cauliflower rice
- 1 cup kimchi, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1/2 cup diced cooked ham or bacon
- Optional: Sesame seeds for garnish
