Ingredients
- 1. 2 cups almond flour 2. 4 tbsp unsalted butter 3. 1/2 cup granulated sweetener 4. 1/2 cup cocoa powder 5. 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 6. 1/4 tsp ground ginger 7. 1/8 tsp ground cloves 8. 1/8 tsp sea salt 9. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 10. 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add sweetener, cocoa powder, spices and salt to the melted butter, whisking until smooth.
- Gradually add almond milk to the mixture while stirring continuously.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Remove from heat and fold in almond flour.
- Transfer the mixture into a parchment lined 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Once set, cut into small squares and serve.

Allow the fudge to thaw slightly before cutting into neat squares.
