Instructions
a. In a food processor or blender, combine the avocado flesh, almond milk, vanilla extract, and liquid stevia. Blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside. b. In a double boiler or microwave, gently melt the dark chocolate. Stir until completely smooth. Allow it to cool slightly. c. In a bowl, combine the mixed berries, sugar free granulated sweetener, and lemon zest. Gently toss to coat the berries evenly. Let them rest for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. d. Divide half of the avocado mousse among four dessert glasses or ramekins. Top with half of the sweetened mixed berries, then drizzle with melted dark chocolate. Repeat the layers for each serving. e.
