Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
  3. Bake the salmon for 12 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. In a pan over medium heat, warm the teriyaki sauce. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Then add the snap peas and edamame, and cook for another 3 minutes or until heated through.
