Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the ground peanuts, salt, black pepper, ginger, garlic, paprika, cumin, and cardamom. Mix well to create your Suya spice blend.
Add the beef cubes to the bowl with the spice blend and toss until each piece is evenly coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place the seasoned beef cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch.
Cook for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.
Remove the Suya Bites from the air fryer and let them rest for 2 minutes.
