  • 1. 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) 2. 1 cup baby spinach 3. 1 avocado, peeled and pitted 4. 1/4 cup almonds, roughly chopped 5. 1/4 cup chia seeds 6. 2 cups coconut milk 7. Zest and juice of 1 lemon 8. 1 tbsp honey (optional) 9. 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted 10. Salt and pepper, to taste

  3. Cut the avocado into small cubes and place on top of the fruit and greens.
  4. Sprinkle chia seeds and chopped almonds over the top.
  5. Drizzle with melted coconut oil before serving.
