Instructions
- a. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). b. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream until well combined. c. Add shredded cheddar cheese, smoked salmon, blanched asparagus spears, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture, stirring to evenly distribute ingredients. d. Carefully pour the mixture into the pre baked keto pie crust. e. Bake for 35 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. f. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
