Ingredients
- 12 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced 4 large English cucumbers, seeds removed and cut into 1/8 inch thick rounds 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill 2 tablespoons lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons capers, drained 2 tablespoons chopped chives
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Arrange cucumber rounds on a serving platter.
- Top each cucumber round with a slice of smoked salmon.
- Drizzle the dill sauce over the salmon topped cucumbers.
- Sprinkle capers and chives over the top. Serve immediately.
