- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Swerve confectioners' sweetener
- 3 large eggs

- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 6 tbsp honey or keto-friendly caramel sauce
- Fresh berries for garnish (optional)
