  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, salt, and baking powder. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs with vanilla extract and almond milk until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Preheat a deep fryer or heavy saucepan with 2 inches of oil to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Transfer the batter to a piping bag and cut off the tip to create a 1/2 inch hole. Pipe 4 inch long strips of batter into the hot oil, frying until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 2 minutes per side.
