In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, erythritol, salt, baking powder, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add in the melted butter, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Mix well.
Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep frying pan or skillet. Carefully pipe the batter into long strips using a piping bag with a star tip. Fry for 2 3 minutes per side until golden brown, then remove and drain on paper towels.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the sugar free dark chocolate. Once smooth, transfer to a dipping dish.
