  4. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep frying pan or skillet. Carefully pipe the batter into long strips using a piping bag with a star tip. Fry for 2 3 minutes per side until golden brown, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  5. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the sugar free dark chocolate. Once smooth, transfer to a dipping dish.
