  • 8 large fresh tiger prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp ground cumin

  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 3 ripe mangoes, diced

Instructions

  3. Dip each prawn in the egg mixture, then coat with the coconut spice mix.

  5. In a separate bowl, combine mango, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice to create the mango salsa.
