Ingredients

  • 6 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced 1 cup broccoli florets 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced 1/4 cup cilantro leaves, packed 1/4 cup mint leaves, packed 1 avocado, peeled and pitted 1 cup mixed lettuce greens 2 tbsp fish sauce 2 tbsp lime juice 1 tsp honey 1 tsp sesame oil 1/2 tsp sriracha 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together fish sauce, lime juice, honey, sesame oil, sriracha, and black pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a non stick skillet, cook the beef sirloin over medium heat for 3 4 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from pan and slice into thin strips.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté broccoli florets and shiitake mushrooms until tender, about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Assemble bowls: Place lettuce greens at the bottom of each bowl, followed by beef, broccoli, mushrooms, and avocado slices. Top with a mix of cilantro and mint leaves.
  5. Drizzle prepared sauce over the top and enjoy!
